Hey everybody, this is John Lincoln. It has been a while since I last updated this website. The last post here was on August 2, 2024, and a lot has happened since then! I’ve been fully focused on building Ignite Visibility, and it has been an incredibly fun and exciting period. I’ve loved every minute of it. Team is strong, clients are amazing and I appreciate all the support.
Over the past year, Ignite Visibility has grown significantly. We are now around 700 employees following four acquisitions.
As the company has expanded, we’ve sharpened our focus and really leaned into supporting larger enterprise organizations, multi location brands, and franchise systems with national to local needs. That specialization has helped us deliver stronger results and a clearer strategic direction for the people we serve.

I’m also really excited about the progress we are making with our software platform Rallio. The team over there gets all the credit.
They’ve been building great things around reviews, social media, AI, and local business enablement, SEO tools, reporting and it has been inspiring to watch that platform evolve. On top of that, we’ve expanded our enterprise website development capabilities and continued strengthening the overall Ignite Visibility platform.
On a personal note, I’ve continued to support charities and do community work when possible. Giving back is important to me, and those experiences always help remind me what really matters.
As for this website, updating it hasn’t been a priority. It needs a lot of work!
My focus was (is) on growing the company, supporting the leadership team, building out our services and technology, and making sure we were creating the best possible experience for clients and employees. This site can wait, and that was perfectly fine.
I’m planning to spend a little more time here in 2026. I’ll be refreshing the personal brand, revamping parts of the site, and writing a bit more whenever it feels meaningful and helpful.
