Conversion Rate Optimization Experts, A List to Bookmark Now
As a fellow conversion rate optimization expert, I love keeping track of the top people in the business. I do so much competitive analysis, in fact, its one of my favorite pastimes. For me it’s not so much about competition, but instead the love for the game. That game being finding innovative tweaks, experiments and overhauls to increase conversion rates. We are really just getting started in the web. From understanding color schemes to slow selling users to creating better device specific UX, it is an exciting time to be in CRO. These are the people to watch, read, and follow to understand everything there is to know about CRO. This list is in no particular order. (Side note, If you are unfamiliar with CRO. Talia Wolf is CMO of Banana Splash, a mobile UX platform for marketers focusing on real-time personalized calls to action; she is also the founder of Conversioner, a conversion optimization agency.
Sujan Patel is VP of Marketing at WhenIWork, and the Co-founder of ContentMarketer.io and Narrow.io. He is also a contributor to Inc., Forbes, and Entrepreneur. I recently bought his book on Growth Hacking. I haven’t read it yet. But plan to soon!
Allison was the first CRO designer for Disruptive Advertising and she also builds and tests landing pages and blogs about CRO.
Tiffany Da Silva
Tiffany Da Silva is Head of CRO at Shopify and an expert in growth hacking, web strategy, digital marketing, and media planning. Shopify has done well with their conversion rate optimization and their SEO. I have done a lot of competitive analysis on this site. Well done Tiffany.
Joanna Wiebe is the co-founder of Copy Hackers where she blogs about CRO and teaches people to create stellar CRO copy.
Andy Crestodina a conversion rate optimization expert, founder of Orbit Media and he is also the author of the book, “Content Chemistry.”
Lukas Vermeer is a Data Scientist at Booking.com. Data sciences and CRO go hand-in-hand.

Sean Ellis is the founder and CEO of GrowthHackers.com and Qualaroo. Growthhackers.com has really taken off in the last few years. It is a great site and you will see a lot of conversion rate optimization consultants spending time there.

Dan Siroker is founder and CEO of Optimizely and the author of “A/B Testing.” Optimizely is a great tool that any CRO expert needs to have in their arsenal.
